Clinic Policy Reminder

In order to maintain fairness for all patients and respect the time of our professional healthcare providers, our clinic enforces a 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy.

A valid credit card is required to confirm and hold all appointments.

A $50.00 fee will apply in the following situations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments (no-shows), arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.

This policy is in place to protect our providers’ time, ensure appointment availability for other patients, and uphold the standard of care we are committed to providing.
